  • 01. How to use “My Account” section present on the top right corner of the website?
    Whenyou put your curser on the “My Account” on the official website i.e., https://www.systmadeinc.com, several options will open in front of you. To use any of them, you have to sign in or sign up first.
    Here is the detail of using different options in “My Account” section on the official SystMade website.

    Sign in or Sign Up

    Here, visitors can create their new account by choosing sign up and can login on their existing account by using “Sign in” on My account option. Choose any option and fill in the required details.
    You need to fill the information like your email id, Phone number, first name, last name, account password and the area zip code.
    Fill in all the information correctly and click the submit button.
    Your account will be created and all the details of product subscription of this account will be visible to “My Account Dashboard”.

    Click on the option that you want to explore and the required page will open within few seconds.

    Sign in to your account and click on the “My Account” link present on the top right corner of the Account Dashboard.
    On clicking “My Account”, you will get three more options there;

    Update Password
    Auto-renewal settings

    To change or update any information on your profile, click on the personal profile and fill in or change information there.

    You can block the websites that you think your children should not visit by web-filter under internet Protection.

    You can schedule the scanning task on the SystMade by scan scheduler.
  • 06. Can I use more than one Security packs or Antivirus software on a system simultaneously?
    We don’t recommend using two or more security products simultaneously on a single system as it may affect the functioning of each Antivirus and your system.
  • 07. How can I quiet the notifications of the security program popping on my desktop?
    You can simply quiet these notifications by opening the program on your system and then going to settings by tapping the menu panel. Go to “Quick settings” and click on “Quite” option present below the notification mode.
  • 08. Can I transfer my existing SystMade license on another computer?
    Yes, you can transfer the license from current PC to the new one by following the steps mentioned below:
    • Uninstall the program from your current PC.
    • Download & Install the program on the new PC.
    • Activate the product on the new PC with the license key that you already have.
  • 09. What to do if system is performing slow after product installation?
    Your system can perform slow due to the following reasons;
    • 1. When operating system of your PC is downloading updates.
    • 2. If there are multiple system scans running on your system.
    To solve this issue, you need to run the system optimizer available with the SystMade security products.
  • 10. SystMade security is blocking my system to add network devices. How to add them?
    To add network devices on your system, you need to open SystMade security on your system and then follow these steps;
    • 1. On the software’s dashboard, click on the firewall.
    • 2. Go to the settings of “Rules of Applications”. There you will find all the application names.
    • 3. Choose the name of your network device and change its settings “to allow all connections”.
    • 4. Restart your system.

  • 01. Do users need to pay extra for activating their products?
    After you have paid or purchased the products paying the MRP of the product, you don’t need to pay extra for the activation of the product for the first month.   • 02. How can I activate the license key on my free SystMade product?
    To activate the license key on the free SystMade product, follow these 4 easy steps
    • Step 1
    • Open SystMade by clicking on SystMade icon present on your desktop. By clicking on the icon, the program will open on your desktop. There, you will find “Support” as the bottom last option.
    • Step 2
    • Click “Support” and a page will open in front of you consisting of four options at the left corner of the screen.
    • Step 3
    • Press the license option present on the left side of the screen.
    • Step 4
    • Fill in all required details including the license key. You must fill in the right license key to activate your license so check twice before proceeding further. Click “Activate”.
      Your license key activation is complete now.
  • 03. How to activate the product using product key mentioned on the Key-Card?
    To activate the product, you need to follow these two most important steps:
    Step 1
    • 1. Visit Systmadeinc.com/activation on a web browser.
    • 2. Enter the 12 digit product key mentioned on the Key-Card and submit it. Wait for a pop-up to appear on your screen.
    • 3. Fill-in the required details and get the License key. Save this key for next step of product activation.
    • 4. Download SystMade Security from the link
      https://www.systmadeinc.com/download and complete the software installation.
    Step 2
    • 1. Open the software and click on the menu panel present on the top-left side of the software window.
    • 2. Go to License.
    • 3. Fill-in the necessary information including license key and click “Activate”.
    • 4. Your security pack is ready to protect.
  • 04. How to activate the product when it is purchased online?
    Follow these easy steps;
    1. Visit Systmadeinc.com/activation on a web browser.
    2. Go to License.
    3. Fill-in the necessary information including license key delivered to you on your registered email and click “Activate”.
    4. A pop-up message will appear on your screen saying,” Product successfully activated”.
    5. Your security pack is ready to protect your system.
  • 05. What is the difference between “Product key” and the “Final License key”?
    Product Key
    It is a 12-digit code mentioned on the key-card that comes with the product that you purchase through retail stores.
    Final license Key
    Final License key is a lengthier code that can probably contain 18 to 25 digits. To get it, you have to visit SystMade’s official website i.e., https://www.systmadeinc.com.
  • 06. What is “Dealer code” on the product activation page?
    It is 9-digit code. You can get it from the retailers from whom you have purchased the product.
